Directions
Apply and massage evenly on to shampooed, towel-dried hair. Spread well. Leave on for 2-3 minutes. Rinse out thoroughly.

@Laura - I had this product a couple of years ago and it really did wonders to my thick and curly hair. L'Oreal Professional line is really wonderful - you should get great results by using it on your damaged hair (It may be too heavy for oily and natural types). You can also try coconut oil treatment (organic virgin coconut oil) - just massage coconut oil directly on your wet hair, wrap your hair in a plastic bag or towel and leave on for about 30 minutes before you rinse it off (coconut oil can also be used as a leave-in conditioner).

This seems like new product. Any reviews? I'm using it 2nd day in a row. Had beautiful healthy dark blonde hair, virgin hair. Stylist put color instead of my request for bleach, and color was deal. Oh the heartache. Got another stylist to correct (minus all that horrid color processing) with bleach same week. Hair looks better but scared how my. We found damage : ) will fare. Was told this is great product-I bought biotin too.....oh I miss my healthy hair- if this product restores it by 75% I will be pleased.
