  First, we must tone down the natural pinkness of our lips. Take the neutralizing end of the pencil and softly dab it all over your lips.
  
  Next, take that perfect lip liner (note: your lip liner should always be close match to the natural color of your lip. This makes it more believable and modern.) and gently line your lips just outside your natural lip line. Tip: To get the best tip for application, you need to take care in sharpening the primer (it’s a super soft formula), try popping it in the fridge for a few minutes before sharpening.
