Mally Dual Action Makeup Remover is a Bi-Phase makeup remover specially designed to work with Mally's formulas. The oil phase quickly dissolves oil based products,  while a water phase that uses gentle action cleansers quickly unlocks  today’s modern seals and float makeup off the skin, eyes and lips. When shaken, the phases work together to sweep away makeup, leaving skin fresh and clean.

  Shake the makeup remover well to combine oil and water phases. Saturate cotton pad with remover and stroke gently across lashes or lips.
