NARS Spring 2012 Collection

NARS has just unveiled promotional images of their upcoming Spring 2012 Collection. I have to admit that the color palette NARS’s owner and makeup director Francois Nars suggests for this spring, comes as a true surprise. As you can see on the images, this new line of makeup products is all about mismatched colors that truly do not coordinate well with one another. On the other hand, each of the items announced here is simply stunning!

“I never pay attention to rules like, >>No matte makeup in warm weather< says Nars in a press release.

Check out the new line:

Douce France Trio Eyeshadow is a limited edition eye shadow trio that offers shimmery icy pink, shimmery rose-petal pink and matte deep rose tones. You can wear each of the shades alone or combine them together for original and bold makeup result.

Paramaribo Duo Eyeshadow is another limited edition eye shadow set that delivers two complementing shades of brass and bronze.

Lhasa Single Eyeshadow is offered in shimmery lavender-grey color, while Dark Rite Soft Touch Shadow Pencil delivers precise application in a seductive dark blue tint.

The collection offers three different choices for lip colors:

NARS Valparaiso Pure Matte Lipstick

NARS Mexican Rose Velvet Gloss Lip Pencil

NARS Bilbao Lipstick

To complete your spring look, NARS suggests Diamond Life Nail Polish in a light and feminine lavender shade and a new shade of blush, NARS Gaiety Blush in soft candy-pink color. The collection is set to be launched on February 1st, 2012.
