Shiseido launches a hybrid new lip product, which is something in between lipstick and lip-gloss. This unique formula is richly saturated with colorful pigments and yet it offers a high-impact shine and feels soft on the lips.
Shiseido Lacquer Rouge is long-lasting lip color with captivating glossy finish designed to help you explore the concept of so called “speedy glamour.” This effective lip color is very easy to apply, thanks to the precise applicator, and just a single coat will give your lips very sensual lacquer-like finish and rich deep color. The formula is made using the completely new technology inspired by the lacquer artistry. Just as the lacquer techniques lend smoothness, color and shine to the wooden surface, the new liquid formulation does the same to the lips. The formula will also nourish your lips by providing long-lasting moisturizing effect, and improve their texture and suppleness over time.
