  Use with a favorite brush or cotton ball. Stroke the brush or ball across Blusher in a circular motion. Blend the silky powder along the cheekbone towards the hairline. Feather the edges of the blush, using brush to soften diffuse color. It can be worn over or under Duo-pHase or Controlling Face Powder.
