Max Factor Shadow Pots are long-lasting eye shadows which are now available in 13 different shades. The formula can be applied wet or dry. If you mix it with a bit of water, or use a wet applicator brush, the color will be amplified, and your eyes will pop out nicely. Use dry application method for sheer, more natural coverage.
