NARS launches a new Holiday 2011 collection. Everything about this makeup line is decadent and pronounced, it encourages strong contrasts, emphasis on the lips and eyes, a lot of shimmer and drama. Francois Nars says that holiday is the perfect time to experiment with makeup and try something challenging, more daring, or absolutely crazy! Shimmery colors, featured in this collection, are always a great choice for glamurous holiday party.

The collection will launch on the 15th of October, and here is what it includes:

Arabian Nights Eyeshadow Trio, in a limited edition, features three gorgeous shimmering shades: black with gunmetal shimmer, black with purple pearls, black with red pearls) $45.00
Ponderosa Cream Eyeshadow in a limited edition features a single Mink brown shimmery shade. $23.00
Manchourie Eyeshadow Duo combines a new gold-infused denim in harmony with rich navy - $23.00
Larger Than Life Long-Wear Eyeliner that comes in two new shades, each priced at $23.00, Campo de Fiori antique brass and St. Mark’s Place - bright violet.
NARS Highlighting Blush is now enriched with another lovely shade - Miss Liberty Soft, a shimmery peach highlighting blush priced at $27.00.

Swipe G-Spot Multiple onto the cheeks and blended using fingers toward the temples. Use Miss Liberty Highlighting Blush for fresh luminous glow. Swipe it gently across the cheeks and hairline, and down the bridge of the nose.

Use Zardoz Cream Eyeshadow over lid, from lash to brow, and blended to a fresh finish. Then turn to the gunmetal shimmer of Arabian Nights Trio Eyeshadow and swipe it generously over the lid - all away from from lash to brow and along the lower lash line. Use black with purple pearls hue and brush it across the lid and into the inner corner of the eye. Finish with silver shimmer of Paris Duo Eyeshadow, applied to the brow bone. For more dramatic look, curl the lashes with an Eyelash Curler and and apply double-coating of Larger Than Life™ Volumizing Mascara.

Lips were lined and filled in with Jungle Red Lipliner Pencil. Blend it with your fingers to soften the color and apply classic shade of Joyous Red Lipstick.
