3Lab Aqua BB SPF 40 | TFWA 2013

At this year’s TFWA trade show I met Mr. Spencer A. Kanis, a president of the 3LAB Inc, who was kind enough to walk me through some of his brand’s upcoming launches. For 2014, 3LAB prepares three new products: Aqua BB SPF40, Super Face Serum, and Super Eye Treatment. I will tell you more about each of them, in the next couple of articles. First of all, let’s meet with the brand!

3LAB is an outstanding skin care brand founded in 2003. The brand uses scientific technologies and anti-oxidant ingredients in the highest percentages in the industry. The goal is not only to treat skin but to perfect it, smooth, even its tone, while slowing down the rate of its aging. What I have learned from Mr. Spencer is that their products rely on the special apple stem cell technology, which harnesses the power of Mother Nature.

3LAB products are formulated with the stem cells of a Swiss apple, which is the rarest apple in the world and whose stem is the reason it stays longer without rotting. According to 3LAB’s Research & Development team, the stem cells of the Swiss apple, found in their products, are able to regenerate the skin cells and slow down its aging dramatically. The stem of the Swiss apple may protect the skin from free radicals, rejuvenate the skin stem cells, and preserve the density of the skin. In addition, 3LAB products contain a technologically advanced ingredient named Nano-Claire GY™, which is the world’s first bio-engineered growth hormone claim to rebuild the skin’s cellular matrix.

I have to note that there is no comprehensive study that proves either stem cell technology or human growth hormones to be effective when applied topically. All available studies on this subject are showing that human growth hormones and apple stem cells may boost regeneration of the skin and that they can show significant improvement in the treatment of the wounds. That’s why I would like to ask you to share your experiences with 3LAB products, as this kind of feedback may be very valuable for others who are making new purchasing decisions.
