Aerin Lauder presents Gustav Klimt inspired lipsticks

To mark the occasion, Aerin Lauder is launching the Woman In Gold lipstick duo, which is said to capture the spirit of Vienna 1900.

Adele Bloch-Bauer I, from 1907, which belongs to his golden phase. The painting made from oil, silver and gold on canvas, depicts Adele Bloch-Bauer (1881–1925), an art-loving Viennese salon lady and a close friend of the artist. The painting was appropriated by the Nazis, but it was later returned to the heirs of the original owners and the Austrian state. In June 2006, it was sold for US$135 million to Ronald Lauder the Neue Galerie.
