The Layers of Luxe Whipped Velvet Eyecolor Collection by bareMinerals is available exclusively at Ulta. These creamy eyeshadows, in satin and shimmer finishes, glide-on easily and quickly dry into a long-lasting, plush veil of color. The shades are universally flattering, while their mousse texture creates a lid-smoothing effect, without fading or creasing. There are four shades to choose from, each priced at $39.

The product combines two refined translucent setting powders, designed to diffuse the look of pores and imperfections, while remaining completely undetectable. Thanks to the unique baked technology, the powder gives your complexion a fresh look, without any flatness. The Matte powder, placed in the left chamber, absorbs oil, while Glow, in the right chamber, adds natural-looking luminosity for highlighting and strobing. The matte formula should be used on shine-prone areas, such as your T-zone, while the shimmering powder should be applied to the cheekbones, bridge of the nose, and décolletage.
