Benefit Cosmetics Bling Brow Kit is basically a beauty box filled with Swarovski crystals of different cuts. The kit comes with a special pair of tweezers, which are designed to help you create one of the three suggested looks: the Touch o' Bling, Over-The-Top Bling and Big Time Bling.
