Here is the first look at Chanel’s upcoming Les Ombres Eye Collection for Spring 2014. As you can see, the range is dedicated to beautiful, seductive eye, and it draws its inspiration from soft woolen fabric known as tweed.

Tweed was Mademoiselle Chanel’s favorite fabric, the one that she used to create her signature style – the perfectly tailored, collarless tweed jackets! The new Chanel Les 4 Ombres eye shadows are inspired by tweed fabrics, where each of the shades matches one of the colored threads of tweed, the iconic fabric of the House. The shades match perfectly one with another, while being equally elegant and able to create endless combinations for a variety of sophisticated looks. Chanel Les Ombres Collection for Spring 2014 will be launched on 17th of March 2014. It features eight new color harmonies, each containing four different eye shadow hues in versatile formula that can be applied dry for subtle shading, or dampened for more intense color. Chanel Les 4 Ombres eyeshadow quads are priced at $59.00.

The mascara is priced at $30.00, while the pencils retail at $32.00.
