At the beginning of 2022 CHANEL launched a new line No1 de Chanel including fragrance mist, skincare line, and makeup line, all inspired by Gabriele Chanel's favorite flower, Camellia. We explained more about the basics of the line in our previous articles:

As Chanel announce: "All the formulas were developed to create optimal affinity with the skin and provide unequaled effectiveness and sensorial feel. Their performance was clinically evaluated according to rigorous protocols incorporating the five major concerns of women who want to preserve the look of beautiful and youthful skin: lines and wrinkles, pores visibility, loss of elasticity, lack of comfort and radiance."
RED CAMELLIA REVITALIZING SERUM
Prevents and corrects the appearance of the five signs of ageing.
N°1 skincare step in the N° 1 de CHANEL beauty ritual, it is concentrated in red camellia extract that preserves the look of vitality. Formulated with 95% ingredients of natural origin, 76% of which are derived from the camellia, its transparent gel texture with a refreshing effect is immediately absorbed by the epidermis. With continued use, it visibly reduces the appearance of wrinkles and pores, improves skin elasticity, and provides comfort and a radiant-looking complexion again.

THE REVITALIZING TECHNIQUE
To optimize the effects of the Revitalizing Serum, CHANEL has developed a specific technique to perform on the entire face after application. Using the thumb and index finger, carry out a pinch and twist movement, moving outwards along the jawbone, then gradually moving up from the corner of the lips to the ears, and lastly, from the nose out across the cheekbones. These movements increase radiance by acting on vascularization and therefore on skin oxygenation.
RED CAMELLIA REVITALIZING CREAM
Smooths and plumps provide comfort and radiance.
Concentrated in red camellia extract and oil, this scented whipped cream is formulated with 95% of ingredients of natural origin, of which 70% are derived from camellia. On application, it visibly smooths the look of lines, adding comfort and radiance to the skin, while forming a protective barrier against urban pollution.

THE SMOOTHING TECHNIQUE
Apply a small quantity morning and night to face, neck and décolleté, after Revitalizing Serum. For an optimal action: with the palms of your hands, use long, smoothing, outwards movements, from the jaw to the ear, from the nose to the ear, and then from the forehead to the temple, and lastly, from the ear to the neck. Repeat the same movements on the other side of the face. This results in smoother, more radiant skin and more relaxed features.
RED CAMELLIA REVITALIZING EYE CREAM
Reduces the appearance of dark circles and puffiness, while smoothing the look of the eye area.
Thanks to its formula enriched in plant-origin squalene and in hyaluronic acid, this pearlescent white cream hydrates, refreshes, and illuminates the eyes instantly. Its fresh texture, containing 91% of ingredients of natural origin, combines red camellia extract, which has to revitalize properties, with an anti-dark circle and anti-puffiness “light-complex”. Used regularly, the appearance of wrinkles in the eye area is reduced (-32%) as well as the appearance of dark circles (-27%). Elasticity in the eye area is improved instantly (+11%), the skin feels more comfortable (+26%) and the eye area looks more radiant (+39%).
THE REFRESHING TECHNIQUE
To optimize the action of the Revitalizing Eye Cream, CHANEL has developed the eye beauty massage technique. Using the fingertips, smooth the upper eyelid from the inner corner outwards. Repeat 3 times. Then smooth the crow’s feet area and repeat 3 times. Finish by carrying out the same smoothing movements under the eye, starting at the outer corner, then in the middle of the eye, and lastly, the inner corner, smoothing outwards each time. Continue the skincare ritual with the N° 1 de CHANEL Revitalizing Serum then the Revitalizing Cream.
RED CAMELLIA POWDER-TO-FOAM CLEANSER
Cleanses purifies and illuminates.
Entirely new, this ultrafine powder texture will revolutionize the skin cleansing ritual. Enriched with red camellia oil, it transforms on contact with water, into a soft, light foam in order to remove impurities and pollution residue. Its formula, containing 93% ingredients of natural origin, cleanses the skin, making it look radiant again. Skin is instantly purified (+27%) and more radiant (+21%).
Place the equivalent of ½ teaspoon of powder in the palm of your hand then add a few drops of water until you obtain a generous foam. Spread over the entire face, then carry out circular massage movements beneath the chin, moving up towards the cheeks, then the forehead. Rinse thoroughly with clean water.
RED CAMELLIA REVITALIZING LOTION
Energizes refines and plumps.
This fresh and transparent lotion, highly concentrated in camellia water, contains 97% of ingredients of natural origin, 48% of which are derived from the camellia. Applied before serum and cream, it tightens the look of pores (-26%), makes skin feel more comfortable (+34%), and improves elasticity (+23%).
Warm the Revitalizing Lotion between your hands before applying smoothing movements to the entire face. Use the palm of your hands, and move from the center of the forehead to the temples, and from the wings of the nose to the ears. Lastly, move from the corner of the lips to the earlobes. Follow by applying pressure to the entire face, cheeks, forehead, and chin, with the palms of the hands. The skin is now ready to receive the other products in the N° 1 de CHANEL line.
RED CAMELLIA REVITALIZING SERUM-IN-MIST
Counters pollution, refreshes and boosts radiance.
Thanks to its bi-phase formula, this mist achieves the feat of providing a red camellia extract that is as concentrated as in the Revitalizing Serum. Sprayed on the entire face throughout the day, it effectively helps protect the skin from pollution and thereby preserves its youthful appearance. Enriched in protective red camellia oil and in refreshing camellia water, it enhances radiance in the complexion and revives makeup. The skin feels more comfortable, refreshed (+48%), and looks more radiant (+11%).
The Revitalizing Serum-in-Mist can be used at any time, on bare or made-up skin, by spraying twice horizontally and twice vertically. Then press with the palms of your hands to help the product absorb.
