Christian Louboutin Loubi Under

Following the successful launch of its luxury nail polish range, Christian Louboutin Beauté is rolling out an innovative new product, Loubi Under, which is designed specifically for creating a perfect Louboutin Manicure.

Louboutin Manicure is inspired by Christian Louboutin’s emblematic red soles. The famous shoe designer made his signature design invention back in 1993, by using red nail polish to add some vibrancy to a pair of classic black stilettos. The red-soled stilettos are one of the most fashionable shoe brands in the world, but if you simply can’t afford them try the shoemaker’s more wallet-friendly nail art iteration!

Christian Louboutin Beauté presents a special tool tailored for your under-tips - the Loubi Under. The Loubi Under is delivered in the same molded-glass bottle, as the rest of the Louboutin’s nail polish range. The shape of the bottle is inspired by the classical architecture of 18th century Europe. The seven-inch calligraphy-inspired cap is inspired after the heel of the Ballerina ULTIMA, which the highest heel Christian Louboutin ever designed. A custom-designed, patented brush features a felt sponge applicator, instead of classic bristles. The brush is quite stiff and easier to handle, which makes it perfect for painting your under-nails. The formula hidden inside the opaque black bottle is Louboutin’s scarlet red Rouge Louboutin shade.

How to create Loubutin Manicure? You’ll need:

1. A bottle of Loubi Under
2. A bottle of black nail polish (preferably Christian Louboutin Nail Polish)
3. A cotton swab
4. A nail polish remover
5. A white base color.

Use Loubi Under to paint a thin coat to the underside of your nail tips on both hands. Dip a cotton swab into nail polish remover and remove any excess polish that may have seeped onto skin. Apply a layer of bright base color (to make the red really stand out) and follow by applying black polish onto your nail tops. Finish with a shiny top coat, to seal the manicure, prolong its wear, and add a touch of gloss.
