Clarins Double Serum
Published: 2012-10-26 by Marina MilojevićClarins is launching a new anti-aging product called Double Serum, which arrives on the market in February 2013.
Judging by the rumors on the beauty market, Clarins is hoping that the new skin care solution will establish the brand on top of the anti-aging market. Until now, Clarins has never really put much effort into the face-care market, and they have mainly been focused on the sun and body-care products. Clarins Double Serum is therefore possibly the biggest launch ever in the history of the brand, having a global advertising budget of around $30 million!
Clarins Double Serum is named so because it is actually designed in accordance with the composition of skin cells. Our skin consists of about 70% of water and 30% of oil, and the same proportion is also used for the Double Serum formula, which features hydric-based and lipid-based systems. The serum is packed in a double-chamber bottle, one for each of the basic serums, and it is designed to measure out ideal proportions. The formula itself consists of no less than 20 plant extract and 8 of them are certified as natural and organic. There are also three synthetic molecules, moisturizers and antioxidants.
Clarins Double Serum is created to address five basic skin concerns: hydration, nutrition, oxygenation, protection and regeneration. According to the global test and studies, the serum has been proven to make the skin 87% firmer after a month use, to reduce wrinkles by 79 %, to even the skin tone by 88 % and decrease the appearance of pores by 88 %. The tests and the studies have been conducted on more than 400 women of all ages and from all parts of the world.
Clarins Double Serum will be available in 1 oz. bottle and priced at $85.
