Clarins Suncare Essentials Collection

As Clarins reminds us, Sun can be our best friend and our worst enemy. It helps our bodies produce vitamin D, makes us more relaxed, and gives our skin that beautiful bronzy glow. At the same time, exposure to sunlight may cause sunburn and premature aging of the skin. For this reason, Clarins has designed a new line of suncare essentials that effectively protect the skin against sun-induced damage.

The Clarins Suncare Essentials range includes nine sunscreen products with SPF30 or SPF50+ protection levels, and two after sun products. The products are designed to protect the skin against sunburn and neutralize free radicals damage, under all circumstances.

The formulas are based on Sun Filter Complex, which is Clarins’ compound that provides protection against both UVA and UVB rays. These are organic solar filters that absorb radiation before it penetrates the skin. All facial products are enriched with vitamin E. In addition, the formulas include 100% herbal Sun Plant Complex based on six herbal extracts including Olive, Pea, Aloe Vera, Senna, Plane Tree, and Baobab.

Facial sun products are available in four different textures formulated to suit the particular skin type:

• Invisible Sun Care Gel to Oil SPF 30
• Mineral Sun Care Compact SPF 30
• Dry Touch Sun Care Cream SPF 50+

Body sunscreens are available in five different options, as creams, gel-to-oil, oil mists, or lotion sprays.

• Sun Care Cream SPF 50+
• Sun Care Lotion Spray SPF 50+

After sun products are suitable for both face and body, and there are two textures to choose from:

• Refreshing After Sun Gel
• Soothing After Sun Balm
