Clinique Beyond Perfecting Powder Foundation + Concealer

Earlier this year, Clinique has introduced the unique concealer-foundation hybrid named Clinique Beyond Perfecting Foundation. The liquid foundation, which arrived on the market in February 2015, now welcomes its powerful compact counterpart – the Beyond Perfecting Powder Foundation + Concealer.

Same as its older brother, the Beyond Perfecting Powder Foundation + Concealer is a multitasking 2-in-1 product. As announced by the brand, its creamy and longwearing formula promises to deliver full but lightweight coverage. Thanks to the double-milling process and oil-free composition, the final result is natural-looking, while the skin breathes comfortably.

The main difference between the Beyond Perfecting Powder Foundation + Concealer and Beyond Perfecting Foundation, is in the density of the formula. While the foundation is a base for other makeup products, the Foundation + Concealer is much thicker, and its main role is to hide blemishes and even out the skin tone. While the foundation improves the overall appearance of your face by smoothing out any minor blemishes and enhancing the skin tone, the concealer provides a bit higher coverage, and it should be used only on places that really need it. This product is all about perfecting, and not masking your skin with makeup!

The Beyond Perfecting Powder Foundation + Concealer is delivered in a sleek white mirrored compact, together with a special applicator. The recommended use of the product is to apply it only where needed, but if you want to go for full coverage, start from the center of the face and blend outward. The sponge-side of the applicator is designed to give you moderate coverage, velvety side is for buildable, fuller coverage, while pointed tip ensures perfect spot-application.
