Dior Color Icons Collection for Fall 2014 – Nordstrom and Dior exclusive

Dior has just announced its new pre-fall makeup collection, which will be available for purchase exclusively at Dior and Nordstrom.


As broadcasted by the brand, the collection is inspired by the Raf Simons’ Dior pre-fall fashion collection which is based on pure, classic lines and extravagant colors. The range is very feminine and stylish, it revolves around the timeless shades and color concepts, which are now being reinterpreted in quite contemporary and yet luxurious way.

Dior Color Icons Collection for Fall 2014 is launching in July 2014 at dior.com, before it becomes available at Nordstrom in August 2014. The complementing product for this range is Dior Nail Artistry Box ($60) is already launched and available for purchase, but three new Dior Vernis shades, from the Color Collections Collection, may serve as an ideal base for its arty, superstition-inspired manicure.

Dior 3-Couleurs Smoky Eyeshadow, perhaps the most interesting item in the collection, combines three different shades of Dior’s iconic eye shadow in a single case. The lightest shade can be used as a base color, while other two shades, with different effects and textures, provide everything one needs for a custom smoky eye. For this occasion, Dior launches the Smoky Gold color harmony, which is another limited edition product, and it is priced at $48.00.

Dior Fusion Mono Eyeshadow, designed for achieving multidimensional contrast and professional makeup results, provides a longlasting color and lightweight finish. The eyeshadow should be applied with fingers, for a subtly shimmering result, or using the smudging applicator, for pure and bold color. Each of these two limited edition shades is priced at $30.00.

Dior Rouge Dior Lipstick nourishes and colors the lips at the same time, thus ensuring the most beautiful expression of each nuance. This year, Dior is introducing two new limited edition shades, each priced at $34.00.

Dior Addict Fluid Stick is Dior’s newly launched longwearing liquid lipstick, which promises richly saturated color and long wear of a lipstick, combined with a high-shine of a lip gloss. Each of the shades is priced at $35.00. The Mona Lisette is already available for purchase, while the Rose Tricheuse arrives on Dior.com next month.Diorshow Art Pen is Dior’s bestselling eyeliner with a felt-tip applicator and a gel-like texture. For this collection, the Art Pen Liner arrives in a limited edition shade of blue, priced at $30.00.Dior Diorblush is Dior’s famous blush that nicely blends with the skin, leaving only a weightless veil of color. The blush is delivered in a sleek mirrored compact,together with an application brush. The new shade, Rose Libertine, is priced at $42.00. Dior Vernis, which is Dior’s famous classic nail polish, arrives in three limited edition shades, ideal for bringing the finishing touch to couture nail looks look.
