Guerlain Abeille Royale Eye Cream

In September, we announced the new products from the Guerlain's Abeille Royale Facial Care collection that included two day creams and a night cream. In early 2017, the collection is joined by the new Abeille Royale Eye Cream (Crème Yeux).

The Abeille Royale line is known for its repairing properties and healing stimulating process that help repair wrinkles and loss of firmness. It uses bee products, especially honey from the French island of Ouessant, with its effective natural healing abilities.

Royal jelly is a nutrient of exceptional quality, produced by the salivary glands of the bee. Its quality does not depend on the surrounding pollen and it is a totally pure and unprocessed ingredient. A single concentrate of carbohydrates (glucose and fructose), proteins, lipids and vitamins; it also contains essential amino acids. The exclusive royal jelly from Maison Guerlain is produced in Sologne. Guerlain’s royal jelly provides nutrition, regeneration and protection to the skin.

The eye contour is the most mobile area of the face, with 10 000 beats of eyelashes each day, but it is also the most fragile, with the skin being 20 times thinner than that the rest. The skin tissue is thin, the dermis is less dense. As a result, deep tissue tends to deteriorate prematurely. It also bears the marks of time and fatigue, stress, pollution... Aware of these stakes, the Guerlain Research proposes a new Eye Cream which is equipped with an exclusive royal jelly used in over-concentration in this new formula. It takes on the appearance of a true rich and melting balm, directly inspired by royal jelly, to form an ultra-thin film on the contour of the eye. Immediately, it smooths, sheaths, envelops the area and offers a targeted action for intense treatment, to restore the look of youth.
