Introducing Boticario de Havana Collection by Archipelago

Inspired by the natural skincare remedies of the “boticarias” (or apothecaries) that dotted the side streets of Havana in 1940’s, Archipelago Botanicals recreated the natural formulas to promote gorgeous, moisturized skin in its newest collection of wonderful bath and body products named Boticario de Havana.

Boticario de Havana uses natural ingredients straight from the islands, such as coffee bean, tobacco flower and fruit extracts, which are known to be rich in alpha hydroxyl acids, antioxidants and other agents that actively promote healthy skin. Pineapple extract removes damaged cells, promotes skin elasticity; orange oil is rich in Vitamin E, and contains natural antioxidants that fight the signs of aging and is soothing to dry skin; sugar is a natural exfoliator and rich in AHA’s which minimize red or blotchy skin; and the caffeine in coffee bean is known to minimize redness and puffiness.

The collection’s fragrance is based on Archipelago’s bestselling home fragrance blend of Bergamot, Tobacco Leaf and Ylang Ylang, but Boticario de Havana features a more concentrated, clean and citrusy Bergamot component which is the perfect unisex scent for personal care products.

The collection products feature “green” packaging that makes this collection both good for the planet and for the skin. Boticario de Havana lotions, crèmes and balms are paraben-free.
