MAC Dark Desires Collection

MAC Cosmetics is launching its Dark Desires Collection, which will be available from December 2015. As its name suggests, the Dark Desires range is all about deep and sultry limited edition and permanent shades. The range includes four lipsticks, six new Into The Well Eye Shadows, three eyeliners, two mascaras, three glosses and two shades of nail polish.

MAC Lipstick (£15.50 / 20,50€) comes in four limited edition shades. These deep dark shades are not as saturated as they seem to be, and you can easily layer them over any other lipstick, or wear them on their own for a semi-sheer wash of cool, dark color.

• Black Knight - black with red and gold pearl cremesheen,
• Boyfriend Stealer - blackened plum cremesheen,
• Heavy Petting - burgundy cremesheen
• Ring My Bell - pale cool neutral glaze;

MAC Into The Well Eyeshadow (£16 / 24,00€) is something completely new. The whole idea about it is that you can create a smooth, highly pigmented paste in the central cavity of the pressed powder by pouring a little bit of water into it. This way, the central portion of the eyeshadow pot transforms into an eyeliner, while the outer section remains dry and can be used as a regular eyeshadow. There are five shades to choose from:

• Beg For It - black,
• Midnight Tryst - chocolate brown,

• What's Your Fantasy - black with heavy multicolored pearl,
• Think Kink - greyed silver-white

• Strip Me Senseless - blackened eggplant
• Switch Me On - dark navy.

MAC Studio Eye Gloss (24,00€) is a gloss for eyes that gives both high-shine and a buildable coverage. The gloss can be used to enhance pigments, or on its own for a glossy wash of color. There are three shades to choose from:

• Pearl Vanish - white gloss with pearl,

• Spank Me - black with multicolor glitter,

• Erogenous Zone - violet with multicolor glitter.

 
MAC Studio Nail Lacquer (£10) comes in two limited edition shades:

• 6-Inch Stilettos - blackened blue and
• Unzipped - blackened green.

MAC Kohl Power Eye Pencil (£14 / 18,00€) is a liner designed to provide a deep, fully opaque coverage. It has all the intensity and the color payoff of ultra-soft carbon, which makes it ideal for intense, smoky eye with duo chrome pearl finish.

• Feline – rich black
• Orpheus - black with gold pearl,
• Mystery - black with green pearl and
• Raven - black with red pearl;

The range also includes MAC Haute & Naughty Lash and Too Black Lash Mascara (26,00€ each), MAC Kohl Fluidline Eye Liner in Blitz & Glitz (£16 / 21,00€), and MAC 246 Synthetic Fluffy Eye Brush (£20)
