Published: 2014-02-12 by Marina MilojevićHere is a first look at MAC’s Proenza Schouler Collection for Spring 2014. The new makeup range is created in collaboration with Proenza Schouler, New York based womenswear and accessories brand founded by designers Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez.
The new range is inspired by one of Proenza Schouler’s collections, and it arrives in a unique limited edition packaging with vibrant, iridescent finishes. The collection includes Ombre Face Powders, Lipsticks, Pro Longwear Eye Liners, Lip Pencils, and Nail Lacquers, while the advertising campaign shot by the famous photographer Mario Sorrenti, features a beautiful Swedish model Stina Rapp Wastenson.
Speaking about the new collaboration, Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler said: “Beauty has always played a huge role in what we do on the runway and M•A•C has been one of our biggest supporters. We wanted to create something that the Proenza Schouler woman could relate to off the runway, and the M•A•C brand is so deeply rooted in the fashion that we knew they would understand our vision.” The MAC Proenza Schouler Collection is launching at all MAC locations across the USA on 3rd of April 2014.
