MAC x Steve J. & Yoni P. Makeup Collection

This one goes for all the fans of K-beauty out there - MAC Cosmetics has partnered with Steve J. & Yoni P., a husband-and-wife Korean fashion designer duo, for a very special Korean-inspired makeup collection!

The designers, which are known for their colorful, hip-hop-inspired, sporty-chic streetwear, have joined their forces with MAC Cosmetics, which has been a longtime sponsor of the makeup for their runway shows at Seoul Fashion Week. Together, they’ll introduce a collection which is said to be as cheeky and progressive as their fashion!

Steve J. & Yoni P. have been involved in every step of the production process. They hand-picked the shades for the products, infusing them with a vibrant Seoul street vibe.

As you can see, the collection bursts of bright yet wearable colors, which translate well into the K-beauty style. The collection is designed with 20-30 year olds in mind, which is, according to the partners, the age group when people are more willing to experiment and express themselves with makeup.

Steve J. & Yoni P have also created the prints for limited edition graphic packaging and makeup bags. The design is inspired by Yoni’s signature black liner and blond hair. Yoni is responsible for the fun and quirky graphics, while Steve hand-picked her favorite products and colors.
