Mally Beauty to launch Disney Frozen makeup collection

Mally Roncal, a makeup artist and founder and president of Mally Beauty, is also known as Disney’s hard core fan. The mother of three young girls has an especially soft spot for Disney’s Frozen, a 2013 animated movie inspired by Hans Christian Andersen's fairy tale "The Snow Queen."

Knowing all this, the unusual new collaboration shouldn’t come as a surprise. Mally Beauty was recently presented with the opportunity to collaborate with Disney for a licensed Frozen beauty collection, and, as Mally explains:

“I’m still pinching myself. It is a dream come true and once I peeled myself off the floor, I knew we could make it [the collection] about female empowerment.”

Mally Beauty x Disney Frozen collection is launching next month exclusively at QVC. For now, we only have two teaser images showing two limited edition capsules, a blue one for Elsa and a purple one for Anna, packed in ice castles. Each of the beauty collections includes a range of highly pigmented eye shadows, eyeliners, mascaras, lip glosses and blushes and will retail for $49.96.

As Roncal explains, these dynamic, personality-filled capsule collections are designed for just about everyone:

“You get a full face and something you can use every single day, whether you are 16 or 116.”

Elsa’s collection is focused on plums and pinks, while Anna’s color harmony centers on warm tones. The Frozen collection will be available this November on QVC.
