Nails Inc Union Jack nail polish for 2012

Nails Inc launches an interesting limited edition shade named Union Jack. This is the popular name for the flag of the United Kingdom – the Union Flag. The flag design is made up of the individual Flags of three of the Kingdom's countries, all united under one Sovereign, while the word Jack actually refers to the the flag that is flown from the bowsprit of a ship. The exact origin of the Union Jack name is unclear, but we know that it became formally acknowledged as an alternative name for the official flag in the early 20th century.

The new Union Jack Limited Editon by Nails Inc is designed to mark the beginning of the London 2012 Olympic Games. The Opening Ceremony of this event is on Friday, July 27, 2012, and the new shade should hit the shelves a bit earlier. Nails Inc Union Jack will be available throughout UK and it will cost £15.

As you can see on the promotional image, the bottle is really nice, embellished with sparkling white crystals giving an impression of a true luxury. This glittery shade of nail polish is delivered in a lovely London-inspired outer packaging featuring drawings of buses, black cabs and telephone boxes.
