To recreate the New York Royalz look just follow these simple steps:

STEP 1. Apply the CREAMY CONCEALER using the concelaer brush to the red areas and dark circles inder the eyes and gently blend in with fingertips. To fix the concealer, apply a smalla amount of the FIXING POWDER with the enclosed powder brush to shiny areas.

STEP 2. Take a small amount of brow powder on the enclosed brush and fill in the small gaps in the brow line. Use the dark shade to correct the shape of the brows and to make eyes appear bigger. Then apply a small amount of the fixing wax for long-lasting hold.
