Pat McGrath Labs - Pat McGrath launches Gold 001

Pat McGrath, global creative director of, a famous British make-up artist, and a global creative design director of Procter & Gamble makeup, is launching her first branded product – Gold 001!

Pat McGarth’s Gold 001, is a highly versatile formula designed to create an opaque gold finish anywhere on the body. The product was used for Prada's spring 2016 runway show, a couple of weeks ago, while was officially announced in the middle of the Paris Fashion week, on September 30. Pat held court at a gala in Paris’ Jardins des Tuileries, in the presence of many celebrity guests. Hailey Baldwin, Bella Hadid, Kris Jenner, Stella Maxwell and Eva Chen, were among the first to have their eyes, lips, and body painted in Pat's revolutionary glittering gold pigment. The very same product was also tried and tested by Kim Kardashian, in August 2015. She was, actually, the first celebrity model to rock the look at her Cleopatra-inspired pictorial for Violet Grey.

Speaking about her beauty innovation, McGrath said: “Gold 001 is a one off revolutionary highly malleable formula – there is something magnificent about its pure form that leaves me breathless." According to the official press release: "The packaging advises its user that it 'causes a heightened sense of confidence and a potential overdose of glamour.'"
