As announced by Revlon, the Ultra HD Lip Lacquer is formulated with the innovative wax-free gel technology, which promises true color, high-impact shine, and a lightweight feel. The Lip Lacquer complements the new Revlon Ultra HD Lipstick formula, and it comes in a simple, transparent packaging with a fine looking mirror cap topped with a jewel-like adornment. The formula is unusually dense and richly saturated, which puts the Lip Lacquer somewhere in the middle of a classic liquid lipstick and a lip gloss. The crème shades are a bit thicker than the shimmering ones, and they are also a little bit more long-wearing.
