SUMMARY: Kind to Skin Protecting Moisture Cream with SPF 30 offers a vitamin-enriched skincare formula with glycerin and almond oil.
ABOUT THE BRAND: "Simple have been the experts in sensitive skin since launching the first perfume and colour-free soap in 1960. We’ve stayed committed to our original philosophy of creating skincare products suitable for all skin types." Simple.co.uk
USE: The perfect blend of multi-vitamins and skin loving ingredients, Simple's Protecting Moisture Cream with SPF offers protection to give dehydrated and dull skin a boost whilst protecting it from UVA/UVB rays. Perfect even for sensitive skin. Can be applied regularly to face and neck for up to 24 hrs of skin moisturizing.
AROMA & TEXTURE: The texture is a thick, white cream that leaves a slight protective residue on the skin. Though the product is fragrance-free, the product has a scent reminiscent of sunscreen products.
NUMBER OF TIMES TESTED: Three times from a 50ml pump I purchased myself.
INGREDIENTS:
ABOUT THE PACKAGING: The 50ml bottle is an easy to use pump that allows control of amount dispensed.
WHERE CAN I BUY IT? ~£7 for a 50ml pump at apothecaries and online.
PROS & CONS: No perfume or artificial colors; SPF 30; glycerin and almond oil-enriched; contains Vitamin E and B3.
Noticeable aroma; the texture on the skin is noticeable (rather than being absorbed into skin, it rinses off hours after application); contains parabens.
THE BOTTOM LINE: An affordable SPF 30 moisturizer enriched with vitamins and almond oil, though not my favorite due to the aroma and texture.
