Yves Saint Laurent Or Rouge premium skin care line contains essence of Pistil of Saffron from Atlas mountains in Morocco. It is more precious that gold, as it takes 150 flowers to produce just 1 g of Saffron. Thanks to the YSL Skinesence experts and their knowledge in Glycobiology (they studied a Glycan of the Pistil of Saffron – Crocin ), saffron’s powerful properties on skin have been recognized. It actually improves skin quality and uniformity and promotes the skin’s natural protection against free radicals. Crocin helps to counteract and prevent the harmful impacts of pollution on skin such as the increase in oxidation and inflammation, as well as the alteration of the skin barrier function.

New product of the line is Or Rouge Fluide, launching in early 2017. It is said to be “as lightweight as it is powerful” and “the secret of ultimate skin revitalization.” Or Rouge Fluide is ideal for combination skins, adapted to all weather. The skin is left mattified with immediate effects. Infused with revitalizing powers of Pistils of Saffron, it combines skin refinement, recontouring and shine control properties.

The formula contains:

• Pistil of Saffron Extract – revitalizing
• Neroli Extract – detoxifying and purifying
• Boldo Extract – skin refining

Application tips:

Apply on the forehead, the cheeks, the nose, the chin and 2 points on the neck. Smooth the fluid with fingertips. Than perform horizontal motions working from the center of the face outwards and finish on the neck. Repeat three times.
