AROMA & TEXTURE: The cream has a light, fresh scent that disappears almost immediately. The texture is fascinating as it starts as a cream and transforms to a powder, leaving skin feeling as if talc had been applied.

INGREDIENTS: Water (Aqua), Tapioca Starch, Alcohol Denat., Ethyl Macadamiate, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Hydrogenated Ethylhexyl Olivate, Sodium Polyacrylate, Tocopherol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Hydrogenated Olive Oil Unsaponifiable, Fragrance (Parfum), Phenoxyethanol, Disodium EDTA.

PROS & CONS: This aluminum- and paraben-free product helps reduce moisture and protect skin during physical activity. The inclusion of aloe vera and vitamin E helps moisturize skin while tapioca starch serves as an excellent alternative to moisture-absorbing talcum powder.

I have large thighs so I've used this on hot days to help avoid chaffing exacerbated by sweating while walking and at the gym.

Reviewers are largely positive about the product noting its fresh scent, ability to control moisture and success at preventing irritation. Others disliked the white residue left on the skin as the product turns into a powder or felt that the product didn't live up to the hype.

THE BOTTOM LINE: An alternative to powder, No Sweat Body Defense goes on as a moisturizer to help accomplish the same goals as an anti-perspirant or talc but without the mess or aluminum. Perfect for men and women.
