Chanel L'Eau Tan as a part of Eclat et Transparence de Chanel range
Chanel L'Eau Tan is announced as a refreshing self-tanning body mist that offers "the progressive and natural tan of skin delicately caressed by the sun and the fresh air." It is presented as a part of the 2018 Chanel Cruise make-up collection ÉCLAT ET TRANSPARENCE DE CHANEL made in collaboration with Lucia Pica, Chanel Global Creative Makeup and Colour Designer.

"It gives you a very light tan, it’s almost like what you’d get at the beginning of the summer. The colour you get on your skin is quite golden but very transparent, and it’s got a beautiful cologne perfume in it so it feels fresh," says Lucia Pica.

Inspired by the first self-tanning skincare product created by Gabrielle Chanel - L'Huile Tan from 1932, L'Eau Tan promises to bring users a sun-kissed glow both in summer and winter. The formula of this lightweight body mist is made to hydrate, deliver a natural looking golden and luminous bronze and prolong natural tan, while leaving the skin soft. It features a fresh and invigorating scent developed by Olivier Polge, the perfumer behind the latest Chanel fragrances.

Chanel L'Eau Tan is set to be released in June of 2018, available in a 75 ml bottle.
The whole Eclat et Transparence de Chanel range is made by the idea of creating an airy vision of beauty that blends freshly bronzed skin with soft, sheer, transparent color. The collection also features:
Palette Essentielle in Ete Eclat Solaire - The 3-in-1 multipurpose features two highlighters in beige-caramel and gold and a blush in raspberry red.
"You have a gold to go on the eyes, which is meant to create a touch of light. You have a bronze to go all over the face. It’s an all-over shimmer that radiates light, and it’s so subtle that it really looks like part of the skin. And then you have a beautiful red colour that you can use on cheeks and in the middle of the lips to create a sort of natural stain," explained Lucia.

The price is $94.

Les 4 Ombres in Eclat Enigmatique -The silky, powdery eye-shadows in the palette offer four summer shades: a satiny ivory, a concrete grey, a brick red and a bronze brown.
"The colours in Eclat Enigmatique are made of a more transparent texture so even if you have a red, bronze, grey and pearlescent gold, when you apply them they have a very transparent texture so you have this hint of glamour," says Lucia Pica.

The price is $96.
Le Rouge Crayon de Couleur in 17 A La Rosee, 18 Rose Shocking, 19 Au Naturel and 20 Ultra Rose - The lip crayons in four new shades that include a pastel milky pink , a rosy caramel nude , a fruity coral raspberry and a vibrant tangerine red.

Each costs $50.
Stylo Yeux Waterproof in 867 Secret, 887 Charme and 897 Revelation - The eyeliners in three new, limited edition warm shades: a deep green, a brown-aubergine and an intense rosy taupe with silver reflection.

Each one costs $38.

Le Vernis in 608 Legerete, 610 Halo and 612 Chicness - The seasonal nail polishes offer a milky pink, a green khaki and a mauvy, deep burgundy.

Each one is $40.
