Giorgio Armani Runway 2018 – Backstage Makeup Collection

Giorgio Armani introduces the exclusive runway collection inspired by the beauty looks from its RTW Spring 2018 show. The collection, which channels a distinctively youthful and urban vibe, is said to be inspired by springtime optimism.

The positive vibe is channeled through pretty bright florals, full skirts under trim jackets, and beautiful pastel tones: mint green, soft pink, iridescent lilac… Linda Cantello, international makeup artist for Giorgio Armani Beauty, created a bold black and white eye makeup, offset by matt white powder on the apples of the cheekbones. She also used Armani’s new Blend & Layer multi-purpose fluid, which is suitable for lips, cheeks, and even works as a creamy eyeshadow.

The limited edition Armani Runway Collection for 2018 brings everything you need to recreate the runway look: three shades of the Blend & Layer fluid and the Waterproof Smooth Silk Eye Pencil in black. The Blend & Layer fluid is available in three shades: Sheer White, which can be used as an eyeshadow or a highlighter, and Fuchsia and Nude for adding some color to lips and cheeks.

Everything is packed in a beautiful pink and black velvet pouch, which beautifully resonates with the rest of the ready-to-wear collection. The Armani Runaway Collection for 2018 is launching April 2018. The Blend & Layer Couture Kit is priced at 110 €, while each of the Blend & Layer shades can be purchased individually for 28 €.
