Gucci Sunstone Illuminating Powder for Holiday 2017

Gucci, one of the world’s most prestigious fashion houses, has just released its seasonal Holiday 2017 makeup collection, starring the gorgeous new Sunstone Illuminating Powder with a butterfly motif. The new highlighting powder creates a sheer coverage with a soft finish, helping you to achieve that irresistible lasting glow while evening out the skin tone.

The butterfly motif that has been laser-engraved on the surface of the powder is borrowed from Gucci’s Garden of Earthly Delights, one of the brand's recent staple collections envisioned by Gucci’s creative director Alessandro Michele. The butterfly motif has made an appearance in different aspects of Alessandro Michele's collection, next to birds, bees, bugs, serpents, and blooming flowers. With each collection, the designer adds several more creatures to Gucci Garden, while also incorporating their symbolic meaning into the final product…

Here, the butterfly is shown front and center on the very surface of the powder. The powder is encased in a luxurious black compact adorned with a gold-colored ring and Gucci’s recognizable insignia. Priced at $53.00, the powder is now available for purchase at Gucci.com.
