Gucci The Rouge à Lèvres Voile Range Extension

Following Rouge à Lèvres Voile's lipstick launch, Gucci Beauty adds five new permanent shades to this line. Inspired by the Golden Age of cinema, these colors were specially conceived by Alessandro Michele to enrich and complement the collection with fresh and bright hues. The new shades will bring a touch of freshness to any makeup look from natural to orange, red and will be available from July 2021.

With its moisturizing formula, Rouge à Lèvres Voile is a lightweight, comfortable lipstick, which delivers a perfect and luminous finish and leaves lips feeling smooth and soft.

Packaging

When it was invented more than a century ago, the lipstick tube was a technological object, its mechanics hidden under a garnish of decoration and color. Recalling this idea of embellishing a functional piece, the Gucci lipsticks are designed by Alessandro Michele as objects of desire. Inspired by vintage makeup, the lipsticks' packaging interweaves House motifs with contemporary codes. Rouge à Lèvres Voile makes a feminine statement in a pink rosebud print on ivory with a gold base as if they came from a 1940s dressing table. The roses are reminiscent of the wallpaper of an old motel, of a beauty parlor in Los Angeles in the 1950s, or the lipstick you would find in a vintage market.
