Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick

Hourglass has just launched a new liquid lipstick, named Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick. The product is currently available only at Sephora but it quickly arrives in all other major beauty retailers. From August 2012, you’ll be able to purchase it at Barneys New York, Bergdorf Goodman and SpaceNK, as well.

Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick is based on an advanced high-impact formula that delivers up to 14 hours of wear and highly intense color. What is really interesting is that this liquid lipstick doesn’t create a glossy finish, like most of the liquid lip colors, but a gorgeous velvety matte one. The base of the formula consists of a proprietary blend of advanced polymers which is infused with intense pigment, fruit extracts, vitamins and moisturizing emollients. Some of the nutritive ingredients of Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick are Cili Fruit and Goji Berries, and formula comes free of parabens, phthalates, sulfates and lanolin.

The new Hourglass Opaque Rouge Liquid Lipstick is easy to apply, as long as you ensure that your lips are clean of other products, oils and balms. The formula glides on effortlessly and it takes for about 30 seconds to a minute to set. During this period, the polymers will bond one to another, creating a flexible layer of richly saturated color. As a result, your lips will feel comfortable and the color will stay true for hours, without flaking or bleeding.
