Illamasqua Introduces Colour Veil Jelly Blusher

Beauty brand Illamasqua introduces a brand new blusher this spring. The new Color Veil Blusher is actually an extension of Illamasqua’s coveted Veil collection, which includes a Hydra Veil Primer, Matte Veil Primer, and Beyond Veil Primer. Same as the rest of the collection, the blusher features a refreshing gel-like formula that instantly moisturizes skin to give it a natural and healthy radiant finish.

The lightly textured Colour Veil is said to be inspired by one of the top makeup trends for 2018/2019 – clean simplicity. The backbone of this look is a clear, fresh, highly polished, radiant skin that is deeply moisturized and illuminated from within.

A new moisturizing hybrid combines the long-wearing, intense pigment of Illamasqua Powder Blushers with the goodness of hydrating and smoothing Hydra Veil Primer. The Colour Veil is a first-to-market jelly blusher, and it comes in four lively shades. Its deeply hydrating formula gives an airbrushed, second-skin-like finish that lasts all day long. The innovative formula packs active ingredients, such as Vitamin E, to help combat external stresses and pollution.

This uniquely textured blusher should be applied using either a round buffing brush or fingers, using a light pressure. The lightweight gel can be worn over makeup or on bare skin. The result is a semi-sheer, natural looking finish. There are four shades to choose from, and each of them can be used on its own or layered over the others to create a multi-tonal effect. Finally, Illamasqua Color Veil doubles as an eye or lip color, resulting in a soft, stained effect.
