What is really interesting about the new Shade Shifter Eyeshadows is that they actually shift from shade to shade, thanks to the unique chameleon-like finish. Each of the shades is delivered with a flat-sponge brush,which is especially designed for their application. The shades are activated by water and each of them can be used for highlighting, contouring, and deepening.
