AROMA & TEXTURE: Facial Fuel has a subtle mentholated aroma that doesn't really linger but delivers a boost upon application. The texture is what I love most about this "designer brand" men's product: Facial Fuel immediately disappears into skin without leaving any kind of oily residue. It's one of those facial products that doesn't actually feel like one has applied any product at all. Moreover, it deeply hydrates skin for hours after application.

PROS & CONS: A little bit of lotion goes a long way; non-greasy; fragrance isn't strong and doesn't linger; leaves skin feeling silky smooth; available in travel sizes; the brand doesn't test on animals.

2-3 times the price of major supermarket brands; contains parabens, parfum/fragrance and alcohol, which are known skin irritants or considered problematic by some dermatologists.

Via Kiehls.com: "I got a sample of this moisturizer with my first purchase so my husband could try it. He never did so I used this just to not let a good sample go to waste. I am in love with this moisturizer. I have very oily skin and this kept me from getting oily throughout the day. I ended up buying the full size of this and love using it in the morning to help wake me up. I already love using the rare earth line but this moisturizer makes me want to use the mens [sic] line too!"

Via Kiehls.com: "I don't see any sort of "energized" look to my face after using it. It doesn't seem to absorb very well into my skin and rubs off onto my cellphone even an hour after application."
