Punk is not dead! This year it comes in its most fashionable ever, encapsulated in strikingly yellow packaging with a conical rubber brush that grips both upper and lower lashes to give them bold and rebellious mega dimension and an explosion of volume.

L’Oreal Paris Miss Manga Punky features an exclusive brush with large gaps between rubber bristles. This enables it to catch the lashes and coat them in super-dense formula, while shaping them into spikes.
