L'Oréal Paris Rouge Signature Matte Lip Ink

L’Oréal Paris introduces the Rouge Signature Collection, which comprises matte, highly pigmented lipsticks formulated to be long-lasting and lightweight. The collection debuts with the Rouge Signature Matte High Pigment Lightweight Lip Ink, a lip color designed to deliver a satin feel and the color impact of a liquid lipstick. The innovative formulation coats the lips in a saturated color with long-lasting matte finish.

This interesting new launch comes with a slogan “less texture, more color” promising a unique combo of intense pigment loads and bare-lip sensation. The Matte Lip Ink is actually a hybrid formula that hits the golden median between a lip stain and a lipstick. It combines the no-makeup-feel of a stain with the powerful color impact of a lipstick. It glides on smoothly, like a liquid, before setting into a fine, velvety finish that feels like second skin.  

The Rouge Signature Matte High Pigment Lightweight Lip Ink is available in 12 empowering shades. Each of them is presented in a see-through glass bottle paired with a precision applicator to shape and line lips for a precise and perfectly applied makeup!
