January sees the launch of MAC’s new makeup collection designed to complement the beauty styles for 2013. The collection is named Apres Chic and its name, translated from French, means After Chic.

The name is very suggestive because it actually refers to a bit more casual, naturally glamorous looks that arrive with changing of the beauty scenes – instead of glitter and glam of holiday makeup, January beauty looks appear effortless, more grounded, and yet spectacularly beautiful. The collection is inspired by the haute chic of the ski slopes, stylish ski resorts, luxurious chalets and hotels of the French Alpes, and their glamorous guests.

International launch of the collection is scheduled for January 2013. Now, let's take a closer look at the Apres Chic Collection.
