The Powermatte Lip Pigment is a highly pigmented full coverage liquid lipstick based on an ultra-flexible, feather-light formula. It applies smoothly like an ink and dries down to a smudge-resistant, velvety matte finish. The Lunar New Year Collection brings three shades – bright pink, coral, and warm terracotta – in unique red colored tubes.
