OPI Instinct of Color Short Movie
OPI has just released their its short movie, which pays a tribute to the "Culture of Color" and promotes its bestselling shades.
The video showcases a dance-off between four female dancers and a black horse to the music of French DJ band C2C. The horse actually dances to the tune named “Down the Road," and it has been trained by equestrian stunt master Mario Luraschi to perform this unusual trick. Each of the four dancers wears one of the selected OPI shades: Pink-ing of You, Red My Fortune Cookie, Need Sunglasses? and No Room for the Blues. The idea is, of course, to show how a simple shade of a polish truly helps with self-expression by conveying the feelings and the energy of the wearer.
Speaking about the short movie, Suzi Weiss-Fischmann, OPI Executive Vice President and Artistic Director, said:
“I always say that nail lacquer can change your look – and your outlook. Today, nail colour can convey feelings and emotions, expressing on the outside what the wearer is feeling on the inside. In this short film, four women communicate through dance and colour. With a trained thoroughbred who could replicate the dancers’ moves with very little digital enhancement, we were able to capture the unique, energetic and creative culture that epitomises the OPI brand.”Enjoy!
