Shiseido Cannes TFWA News From Shiseido - Travel Retail Special Editions

Shiseido was one of the most talked about brands in Cannes TFWA 216. The group had not one but 3 places in the show, since it is now bigger than ever.

Regarding beauty and cosmetics, Shiseido as a brand launched special skincare editions for the Travel Retail segment. These following products you can find from now on at the main international airports around the globe.

“As a pioneering research authority in skin-brightening, Shiseido will be introducing an extension to the White Lucent whitening skincare line, designed to target dark spots caused by sun exposure”, said Elisabeth Jouguelet, Shiseido's Travel Retail Vice President Marketing. “In response to the growing sun care trend, we will also be launching a new duo pack of Shiseido's popular UV Protection Compact Foundation. In addition, we are building on the momentum of the recent launch of Shiseido Rouge Rouge with an attractive set for the jetsetting female traveller”.

Starting from Spring/Summer 2017 you can find a new set of treatments from the skincare line White Lucent. This line features the brightening technology Double Strike PROApproachx2 and this new set consists on a box with three products White Lucent All Day Brightener SPF 36, Micro Targeting Spot Corrector and Multibright Night Cream. All the products come in the 50ml size.

The PROApproachx2 technology creates melanin-resistant skin and helps improving existing dark spots, while preventing new ones. Its active ingredient SAKURAResist complex comes from cherry blossoms. It supposedly has the power to supress the signal from the skin surface to the deeper dermis to produce melanin, which is responsible for the dark spots.

Shiseido All Day Brightener SPF 36 – A daytime whitening moisturizer that brightens the skin and protects it from the damaging UV rays and pollution.

Shiseido Micro Targeting Spot Corrector – An intensive anti-spot serum that helps to diminish the appearance of dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

Shiseido MultiBright Night Cream – A multifunctional brightening night cream that helps reduce the appearance of dark spots and acne scars while it brings moisture to the skin for a perfectly hydrated skin when you wake up in the morning.

Another set which you will find in exclusivity in Travel Retail stores is the Shiseido Rouge Trio Set. After the great launch of the Rouge Rouge collection by Shiseido, this set comes with a selection of three versatile shades of lipstick from this range. Available from December 2016, this limited editio will feature the shades Ruby Copper, Murrey and Hushed Tones – bright red, coral and pinkish brown respectively.

Finally, coming in January 2017, the newly reformulated Shiseido UV Protection Compact Foundation Duo. This powdery foundation combines ample coverage with optimal broad spectrum sunscreen in a travel-friendly compact. Available in Medium Ivory shade (SPF 50) as an exclusive duo set. It comes with Shiseido's SuperVeil UV 360TM technology and ProfenseCELTM to resist aging. This products protects skin from sun damage and dryness. It is water resistant and provides an natural matte finish.
