Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Radiance Drops are lovely new liquid illuminators designed to leave a mermaid-like, iridescent glow on your skin. Thanks to their ultra-thin, watery consistency, the drops can be easily mixed with your favorite foundation, for an allover glow, or used on top of it, top as a spot specific highlight. The illuminator can be mixed with your body oil, for a sun-kissed, radiant skin, or even used on your lips, on its own or as a texture-changing top coat. Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Twinkle Stick Highlighters, available in two shades, are creamy highlighting and strobing sticks loaded with light-refracting pigments and antioxidants. This twist-up highlighter is made up from micronized pearlescent flecks suspended in a creamy, conditioning formula. It glides on and blend beautifully to leave a radiant glow that instantly catches the light.
