The Body Shop Amazonia Saviour Review - Your Tattoo Looking Good As New!
Are you a tattoo junkie? Well I am. I consider that I am only lightly tattooed, with 9 tattoos but some people might consider this already a lot. Well, I love every one of them and I am very proud of showing them. Almost all of them are related to perfumery and some are flowers with vibrant colors or even aromatic molecules. One thing I noticed is that some of them, especially on the arms seem to be fading because my skin is very dry and it makes them look dull. I have tried some moisturizing lotions that seem to improve their look. But now I am done with them, for I have found the perfect tattoo enhancer: The Body Shop's Amazonian Saviour.
I first heard about this product via my tattoo artist's instagram where she was recommending it and that's how I decided to buy it.
What tattoos need is a greasy cover so that the skin is moist and the colors are vivid because of this. You can try vaseline and this does the trick, but you are left with an oily texture and not great benefits, compared to a nourishing product. Amazonian Saviour is great because it is totally natural and it does not contain unecessary things. It only has 9 ingredients, all of them 100% natural. This is a rich balm/wax that truly helps to revive the appearance of tattoos, intensely nourishes severely dry skin and helps to improve the appearance of skin marks. I have also tried it on my extremely dry elbows and they got much better and much softer.

“Inspired by the Amazonian communities that have relied on natural oils to care for their skin for centuries, Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm is made with just nine natural-origin ingredients. £1.30 from the sale of every Amazonian Saviour Multi-Purpose Balm will be used by The Body Shop’s Building Bio Bridges Programme to support conservation and communities by funding Bio-Bridges. Our Programme funds ground-breaking organisations who build Bio-Bridges to connect land and create sustainable communities. The total raised from sales will be paid to non-profit organisations selected for their expertise in building Bio-Bridges around the world.” - The Body Shop

Applying Amazonian Saviour is quick and it is also addictive. My skin is moisturized and healthy, and my tattoos look fresh and new. Especially the red tones, they get vibrant. Also, it's vety important to keep your skin healthy to maintain a good look for your tattoos. One thing this product doesn't have is sunscreen, and this is a problem. You need to protect your tattoos all the time, with high SPF. But I find that this wax is not very compatible with sunscreens, getting too messy. So consider this and chose to protect your tattoos in the summer. Otherwise, it's a miracle to see the colors pop with just a tiny amount of Amazonian Saviour.
