Ciate London Glow-To Highlighter is a weightless highlighting powder with a duo-chrome finish. Formulated with patented spherical coated pigments to achieve a long-wear finish, this unique, ultra-soft luminizer provides extreme creaminess and second-skin blendability.

• Directions

  Using a fan brush, lightly dust across the complexion, paying close attention to the cheekbones, Cupid’s bow, and browbone.
  For a spectacular glow, apply Dewy Stix highlight balm to cheekbones and set in place with the Glow-to Highlighter.
