This is a pricey but very nice eyeliner. The concept is well executed - it has a smudgy, less intense effect but without being messy smudgy. The eyeliner itself is almost a grey green khaki and is easily applied with the brush attached to the cap. One strange thing to note is that the packaging appears to be weighed down by ball bearings or something. It's not heavy but there's a rolling noise when you pick up the liner (housed in an elegant gold obelisk tube similar to Hourglass Confession lipsticks). If you shake it, you can really hear the little balls bouncing around. They are only in the cap though, not the bottom part of the tube containing the pigment. Something to note. I have the Eye Ink Liner too and it also makes the same noise albeit the sound comes from the bottom part of the tube rather than the top/applicator. Both are good quality products, packaging is a bit strange.
